This policy explains what information is processed on kadirozbek.com and why. The site is Kadir Özbek’s personal portfolio and editorial publishing surface.

Contact form data

When you use the contact form, the site processes your name, email address, optional company/brand information, project type and message. This information is used only to evaluate the enquiry, respond to you and continue relevant business communication.

Technical logs and abuse prevention

The hosting infrastructure may generate standard server logs such as IP address, request time, browser/device information and requested URL for security, diagnostics and service operation. The contact form also uses a short-lived hashed rate-limit record in the server temporary directory to restrict excessive submissions from the same IP.

Web font

The Cal Sans typeface used for the site’s visual presentation is loaded from Google Fonts infrastructure. When those files are requested, Google’s font servers may technically receive standard network information such as the IP address, browser request headers and request time. This font request is separate from analytics or advertising consent, and kadirozbek.com does not use it for advertising profiling.

Analytics

Google Analytics is currently disabled.

Advertising and AdSense verification

The Google AdSense advertising script is not currently loaded and no ads are served to visitors. A google-adsense-account meta value and/or ads.txt publisher record may nevertheless be present so Google can verify site/publisher ownership. These verification records do not constitute ad profiling or ad serving.

Embedded media and external links

Some project pages may embed YouTube or Vimeo video. YouTube links are converted to the youtube-nocookie domain where possible. When an embedded player loads or you follow an external link, the third party’s own privacy terms may apply. LinkedIn, Behance and editorial source links are also third-party sites.

Retention and requests

Contact records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship; records that are no longer needed may be deleted periodically. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the contact email above.

Policy updates

If the site’s data-processing tools change, this policy will be updated to match the actual implementation.
